RibCrib BBQ

The smokey smell was pleasant but not over powering, off to a good start! Seated quickly, ordered quickly and food arrived quickly. The catfish was your standard frozen fillet deep fried, so nothing special. The ribs were delicate and delicious but I would have liked more sauce options (there are 3). The baked beans were also good. The price was very reasonable.

I don’t go and eat restaurant BBQ much but decided to for a date the place looked alright and service and almost perfect, but the food omg the brisket was over cooked or it tasted like it was sitting all day and became so dry I couldn't even eat it. I just brought it to my dog at home. The ribs were better but still seemed over cooked (better than over cooked and dry) edible still iv’e, ate 2 out of the 4 i had, my dog also loved the other 2. The coslaw was not normal it tasted like it had something weirdly sweet in it. I thought i was going to enjoy some normal coslaw with my BBQ but couldn't even because it just tasted so weird and sweet. Thats like having a saled that is sweet, no one wants that. I have to say how disappointed I am on how far Ribcrib has gone down hill. It has been a couple years since I have eaten here and I used to really love coming to it. The experience I had tonight was not good for the business. I got the slice brisket dinner and fries and my wife got a pulled pork dinner with multiple sides to it. It took for ever for us to get our food once we order it. Once we finally got our food to which it shouldn't took long at all. Our food was cool and barely warm. Nothing was hot and fresh feeling. The meats was both over cook and dry. The BBQ sauce wasn't enough to hydrate the meat. Also I don't know when but it seems like there mild BBQ sauce has change also and not for the best way either. The food was good. The service was great. Server was friendly and attentive. Relieved our food in a timely fashion. The place was clean. We went not long after they opened and it was quite and relaxed.

Super Server Ben was great! Very friendly! Not to mention our food was excellent! The chicken and pork in my sandwich was “melt in your mouth” tender and juicy! The dirty deed plate was very enjoyable. We would definitely come back again!
