Ricardo's Restaurant - Price

The food is delicious! Had the breakfast buffet, and the choices were really good and fresh tasting. They will make you eggs, your style, waffles, and omelet for buffet. Wait, the staff is very attentive, and the service is great! Prices are very reasonable.

Well first of all.. you can't even walk through there. The place is so crowded, the chairs are literally touching each other. My coffee was weak, you can see how clear it was when they were pouring it. I ordered papas a La Mexicana and I can tell the papas came from a frozen bag. The jalapeño and onion were still raw. My bean were watery and no flavor. I feel like the quality of these restaurants went down since they started opening up on opening up everywhere in Brownsville. nothing like back in the day. I'll stick to Fina's cafe.

I can honestly say I'm pretty shocked, usually Ricardo's is great food, great service, great everything but the reason I'm writing a review and I know we all have our good and bad days, but the service stunk today for lunch. We usually can oversee somethings but when you want a napkin or something to drink and it takes around 15 minuets to acknowledge you because they are too busy chit chatting with other co-workers, that's what did it today. Food is always great but at least this Ricardo's, it'll probably be our last time going. I hope they fix their customer service.

First of all we were greeted walking in with this being our first time here the staff is so friendly and attractive our waitress explains the daily specials and well the buffet had alot to off the menudo is absolutely on point. And the waffles were delicious 😋

Great service and descent prices! I ordered a giant taco pirata and it did not disappoint. Great texture (slight crisp on the tortilla) and flavor from the fajita. Definitely will be returning.
