Riccos Burritos

I’ve been going there for 6 years and get the same thing every time. THE BADGER!!! It’s the only burrito you need to get!!! It’ll change your life!!!! Normally I get the regular, but this is the large, with steak and 2 eggs!!!! So good!!!!! Thank you Ricco’s staff!!!!

I live next to the 78th and Washington location and have been buying three to four burritos a week for a little over 10 years now. The place was amazing till new ownership bought the place. Now the service has gone down hill quite a bit and the last four burritos have bought have had less filling in them. I went to get my large mataraz today and was shocked to see a $2.00 increase. Paying 13.50+ for a hand held burrito is insane. I like the food but with the terrible customer service and huge price increase I can no longer recommend this buisness. Time to look for a new favorite burrito joint! I hope this review helps your food search.

If I could leave zero stars I would, I’ve been coming here for 6+ years and the customer service and food has succumbed. I came in at at around 11am and ordered a steggo with potatoes. When receiving the food they forgot to add the potatoes, no biggie went and had the order remade. When receiving the burrito and taking a bite little to no meat and upon reviewing it was sausage and I know for the distinct grey tone it has I observed the meat and it was pink. Pork can not have to pink tone to it and has to be cooked thoroughly. I manage a store and have worked in the food industry for years. The cashier than left and got a lady who was in the back I assume a cook to come handle to situation who insisted it was not and the lack of meat was due to the potatoes being added. I requested a refund

They sent an incorrect burrito. It was ice cold. The tortilla was very soggy and the “chile” was the spiciest thing they could find and mixed it with chunky flour. I never complain anywhere but don’t eat here. Yikes.

I ordered a steak burrito and once I opened the foil, there were holes in my burrito so it was very messy to eat. Gave up and used a fork. Not very flavorful either. Friendliness of the staff was non existent.
