Been a loyal Customer for over 25 years (Yes, 2 And A Half Decades). Just spent monies here two days prior. I came in today to wait for my friend so we could play some video poker. I asked the lady if i could use the bathroom. She replied the key is at the end of the counter. After I used the bathroom and left it cleaner than before. I came out and thanked her and we had a very nice conversation for a brief time. so no big deal Right ?!! I went next door to get a lighter and realized I had left two yummy donuts in the bathroom here (bought next door) @ Sesame Donuts... So I asked her if I could have key or could she retrieve them from the restroom. She replied rudely OK!!! This is my favorite gambling spot in the area I like the vibe and the attendants are all great!! Plus they make a killer chili-dog. And I win here fairly frequently.

Love coming here to play video poker and enjoy my self every time thanks to Christina she is always a delight to be around . She has been there well over 20 years and they are so lucky to have her.

We'd never been here before but read the reviews and were all set to have a couple of good sandwiches. There's no way to call this place so I wrote the order, for two simple sandwiches and sent my husband because im disabled. The woman inside sent him over to the deli side.He was told they couldn't make a simple ham and cheese sandwich, they managed to make what was supposed to be a reuben. It was inedible. The mystery meat was old, the sandwich was greasy and soggy and smelled like a dirty flat top grill. The fries were burnt and limp. What a waste of $17!! My husband went to Wendy's and got a burger, I wish I had just sent him there and bypassed this nasty place. He said it was full of old people gambling, and that's not a slight because we're old people. But sadly it makes sense. SS and

Good place but always full. Probably cause they are the only video lottery place that ACTUALLY stays open until they’re posted hours which is until 2:30am. After Covid it seems like businesses close when we they feel like it no matter what’s posted online or in print on their building. And good luck finding anything open past 12am these days. But Richard’s is true to their hours and open late. So it makes sense why they are always full in the later hours.
