Richardson Public Library

Richardson Public Library is absolutely amazing. It’s fun, welcoming, and consistently a great experience. The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful, and the library itself is big, clean, and well organized. I love that I can find books from my childhood, explore the teen section, and revisit stories I grew up with. It feels both nostalgic and fresh at the same time. My kids love going here, especially my youngest who has autism. He truly enjoys the activities available in the children’s area, and the environment is always cheerful and supportive. It’s clear that inclusivity and care really matter here. This library makes every visit a positive one. We’re so grateful to have such a wonderful community space.

A quiet, clean, and welcoming library with a great selection of books. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Perfect place to read, study, or relax.

This is a good space to enjoy library facilities while they are renovating their building. They don't have a large play area for kids, but it is only temporary.

Great news! This library has BOOKS and in several languages...very cool surprise. Nice library. Helpful staff. Avoid Saturday afternoons if you are trying to read/study as they have lots of programs going on and participants get loud. Books due back in 3 weeks from check out date. Covered drinks are allowed. No food is allowed. Ample parking for handicapped and general public.

Oh man! So cool! Very friendly staff that was helpful as I haven't used a library in decades. Thankful for the service, much appreciated!
