THIS PLACE IS THE BEST in the 757, Hands down. As someone from the Jersey/PA area, they’re much better than many locals up in Jersey. Idk about the service or atmosphere(order on Doordash, wait for my pickup time, let the employee know and leave. Never had an issue or anything so I didn’t feel fair rating them.) TO THE FOOD: I got the Large Bacon cheesesteak with onions. Let me tell you how LOADED this sandwich was not just with cheesesteak but bacon pieces throughout. There was no skimping on anything. We got a buffalo cheesesteak that was LOADED with meat, cheese and this tangy buffalo sauce that was phenomenal. Lastly, the onion rings. This place serves my favorite, beer battered onion rings! They are perfectly crisp and seasoned. If we lived on this side of the water, we’d be here

This review is for the Ricks in the plaza by Chanelos Pizza on Jefferson Ave. Tried to call in an order. Was hung up on the first time before even saying hello. Called again. She asked me to hold, I did. She then proceeded to take an order for someone dining in, that was fine. After that she proceeded to yell at a co-worker and have a conversation, I waited 5 minutes on hold listing to everything... she was loud enough I could hear. She then clocks out of her shift and says goodbye. I hear the door shut behind her... she never told the other employee I was on the phone. I hung up. I called back and it rang to voicemail. I will not be ordering here for the foreseeable future til your staff is trained on how to handle a call in order... very disappointed.

First things first I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and I got a very soggy BEEF cheesesteak My french fries were re-wrapped in the grease and dropped directly on the hot styrofoam 😭My mozzarella sticks did not come with any ranch or marinara sauce. When I walked in, no one spoke however they have this obnoxious sign that says “we are waitresses not cashiers “ I’m trying to understand how you can REQUEST a tip via a sign and the atmosphere be the way that it is. I attempted to call the establishment three different times and nobody answered the phone. I spent damn near $35 on this food for it to be incorrect, undercooked and overcooked.

Every time I come to this location they never have any toppings. They always out of onions, peppers or something that makes a sandwich great. This has happened multiple times. The guy told a customer it was because of the TikTok review recently but I had experienced the well before any reviews. I had already paid and was waiting for my food and then he tells me they are out. Do not know if I will ever go back

This is an unfortunately underrated gem! Absolutely wonderful cheesesteaks! Generous portions for the price and always hot and fresh! Bread also doesn't get soggy on my 15 minute drive home! 10/10 experience. Give em a try!
