Customer Reviews
The location was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and patient with us as first-time visitors. They offered us samples of the ice cream before we ordered to make sure we chose the flavors we wanted. The churro con nieve was excellent, and my wife was kind enough to share it with me.
I’m impressed. The location itself is nice. There’s a lot of options to choose from,so I went with the banana split. The presentation and value of the split, exceeded my expectations. You get options on different sprinkles and toppings and scoops of ice cream. I will for sure be coming back with family and friends.
Amazing experience at Rico's Paleteria y Taqueria! Friendly staff and quick service. The flavors of the paletas are delicious and authentic. Loved the festive atmosphere and variety of options on the menu. Definitely coming back! 5 stars
Delish! Fairly priced, my kids want to host their next birthday here! So many choices! Helps if you speak Spanish. We went to the Ft Worth location, I tried to ask for recommendations but had to use Google translate. 😄 Got the fajita nachos, birria tacos, oreo milkshake, elote corn in hot cheetahs, mangonita, dubai chocolatechurro, and three bottles of water with tip was about 60 bucks.
I have never been so disrespected BY A BUSINESS like this before. My son and I are new to this area. We went in to this establishment to grab a Friday night treat. So. I felt as if because I was white and didn’t speak Spanish that they were acting like I didn’t exist. I honestly have never felt discriminated against in this area. I came from Atlanta culture is very mixed there. Anyway, I will never go back here and I will tell everyone I know that they don’t wanna go here either. If I could give it zero stars, I would. If you don’t speak, Spanish, don’t bother going. Because they’re gonna treat you like garbage. Funny thing about it is I can understand Spanish. I just can’t speak it back. Poor poor poor service.
