Stumbled on Reisterer's by chance. Passing by, was intrigued by the extra-wide storefront. Are they really there, or is is this just space grab? Turned out, this place has 94 years' historical import. And, it shows in the a affinal interactions we saw with every patron (of course excluding us). Their assortment and quantity of off-shelf dairy/dairy-free cookies is mind boggling. Surely must be selling all of it (that's where 94 years' muscle memory whacks new age data modeling!). And that's the lesser part of expansive display. Cakes - for all occasions, and no occasion - appear to be the mainstay. Outstanding local bakery. They make the best carrot cake. Also recommend their Napoleon cake & donuts. Seasonal cheesecakes are also fantastic, usually made to order.

These cookies we received as a gift were very underwhelming. Can’t speak to other pastries or atmosphere as we were just given these cookies for whatever reason. Wouldn’t travel there to investigate any further. They look like they would taste good but they lack any flavor. Very boring. 🥱

The cakes are horrible and have freezer burn and ice flakes in the middle. I spoke to a manager and she was very accommodating and offered a new cake but it is still frozen
