Rimrock Bar & Grille

My wife and I dined there two nights in a row. The first night was okay, the food was pretty good, however they kept forgetting small things. Like extra sauce, extra cheese, no pickles, no onions. The second night was even worse, I ordered a burger and I didn't get anything on it that I requested. It was a horrible experience. And then when I asked for the sauce that was missing, it took so long to get it I just left and went up to my room. I believe it can actually be a great place. The food isn't horrible it's just, if you don't get it the way you ordered it, it makes the whole experience go bad. I will definitely not be going back there. There's another restaurant adjacent to it, I'll try them next time.

Flight cancelled last min, was so happy to be greeted w a smile (and glass of wine). Couldn’t be happier w my experience. Jasmine is so lovely and accommodating. 10/10 recommend the braised beef!

This Restaurant needs to do a little better about their menu and pricing. This Taco Salad without any protein is $17. The cold ground beef as shown in the picture was an additional $12. With a non alcoholic beverage, the total bill was $40. Eating alone in a sub par hotel restaurant, this was a tough pill to swallow. I don’t mind spending $40 for a meal, that one missed the mark by about $25.

Excellent food, a nice place to eat for an airport motel area. Walked from the Marriott Phoenix Airport Motel (five minute walk at most), next time will stay at the Hilton complex. Price may be slightly higher, but access to food is well worth it. The atmosphere of the place is laid back with no high volume, can actually carry on a conversation.

The food here at Rimrock is amazing, but the service was next level! Top Notch! Special shoutout to Jazzmin! When you come in, ask for Jazzmin and sit at the bar with her! She will keep you entertains with great stories and exceptional service. This restaurant and bar should consider themselves incredibly lucky to have her as an employee!
