VERY nice modern, clean library. Large kids section. Ample free parking. Very nice.
peaceful, quiet havens for study.
Very nice, well-organized. Staff quite helpful. Plenty of tables to study or do research. Using one of their laptops is simple and quick. Also plenty of desktop computers to use. Very nice facility.
The staff at Rincon are super helpful and patient with the public. I appreciate their assistance!
