Rise Cafe

My favorite place to stop when I’m in town. Rise Cafe is perfect for the whole family. Rise Cafe Meal prep options are fantastic for healthy wholesome meals for on the go families. I’m always looking for Cealic safe options & this cafe is my favorite place on island. Following Dr Jodi’s plan has improved the health of myself & my family. I recommend Rise Cafe to all my family & friends near & far. Thank you Dr Jodi.

Food: my mom enjoyed the Kamulu Bowl because it has a nice mixture of veggies, cauliflower rice, avocado, boiled eggs and bacons. My Loco Moco was flavorful and light, not greasy like most places. Matcha drink was fresh and not too bitter. Service: friendly and attentive staff. Atmosphere: a quiet place good for studying/working or take someone out to a brunch date.

I come here constantly! For the longest time I couldn’t find anywhere in town that was “healthy” and actually healthy (the vegan craze is completely out of hand). I basically buy chaffles in bulk to pop in the air fryer on days when I’m rushing to work, and I’m here probably every other day grabbing brisket and cauliflower rice, or a pistachio matcha latte at a minimum. The staff is always super nice, and Kaimuki is a great area. The prices are super reasonable. Honestly, everywhere I eat on island is so overpriced for a product that isn’t even that good for you, so coming here and getting a meal that’s really worth your money and good for your body is so refreshing.

I am a diabetic who follows a pretty strict diet due to severe insulin resistance. I am vacationing here and was SO excited when I found this place. Everything I tried here was absolutely incredible but my favorite thing by far was the iced pistachio matcha I took to go. 😍

Today I got to try their Salad Flight and it was great. It was tasty and very healthy. Every bite felt very nice and clean. It could not have been any better. Moreover, the service was very friendly and helpful.
