Rise Southern Biscuits & Righteous Chicken - Cary Waverly Place

Great first experience at this location. Love the energy of the place and the assistance in the process to pick up our food to go, which was pretty neat!

I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and swapped the cheese for pimento, SO GOOD. Everything tasted fresh and well balanced, not overly greasy. Service was quick, making it an easy breakfast stop. I’ll definitely order again.

My first time having Rise and the chicken box was amazing. Love the fact that it's not a typical pre-breaded tender that you could get from a different chain. Went close to closing and the staff was still courteous. To my surprise there was no chicken biscuit on the menu. Will definitely go again.

Delish, soft, buttermilk biscuits served around some delicious middles (their chicken is tasty, egg and cheese are always a good option, etc). Rise has changed so much since they started, but it's so nice having a place where you can order a reliably good biscuit sandwich every time and pick it up...as long as you do it before 2:00 pm. No surprises with this one...small variations in quality depending on the day, but never disappoints. The Automat-light experience is cool, looks nice, and the staff are friendly...but I do miss the days of the actual counter experience. Get a chicken biscuit. Get an egg/meat/cheese combo. You'll be happy with the results. The tots were less impressive (but to be fair might be better fresh instead of sitting in the bag for the trip home).
