I have been coming with my family for over 12 years. It is a must stop every time I am in Virginia. Sergio and his team are professionals in their craft. And for how incredibly busy it gets, the food comes out phenomenal. Pro: - menu - wine list - service - freshness - family friendly - clean and professional Con: - serio maximizes his floor space, so when it gets packed it gets loud and crowded because everyone is having a great time. It can be a turn off for some people, but it is 100% worth the visit! My best memories with my family are at Bonaroti!

We had an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner! The service and food were both excellent. They even gave my daughter and me a rose, which was such a thoughtful touch. If you love authentic Italian food, this place is a must-visit! 🌹🍝

Exceptional service and amazing quality for food. As someone who grew up in New Jersey eating authentic Italian food, this hit close to home! It was my families first time eating here and we will definitely come back.

The food was delicious. It was a Saturday night and snow/ice had kept everyone captive for a week. Bonaroti's was packed. We were lucky to have a reservation and we were seated just a few minutes after our arrival. The mood in the place was jovial, warm and welcoming. We were happy to be out with friends. The waiter shared a long list of specials and it was hard to decide what to order because everything sounded like it would be delicious. I don't think you could go wrong. It was so busy that I think it was the owner or maitre d' who took our orders. I asked which of two specials to order and he helped me choose the mushroom ravioli with a mushroom cream sauce (melt in your mouth). We had zucchini flower appetizers and a caprese salad.
