Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Pop rocks that came on gelati, aren't what you think first when pop rock is read. Pops n fizzing in mouth. Yes well the are not. Colored sugar! Otherwise good experience, great ice. Very refreshing.

Rita's always has great water ice and ice cream, but today's visit had great customer service. The girls working there were so patient and kind with us when ordering, even though my 7yr old didn't know what she wanted. Then we ordered her what we thought she wanted and it wasn't it. With no hesitation they offered to make it again in a different way. I still can't believe they did this. In no way did they do anything wrong with the order, but they cared more about my daughter being happy. So for me I will definitely return and recommend to this Rita's to others.

I've been coming here for the past 7 years when the new owners took it over and I have never been disappointed. They have grown over the years and expanded their menu. They have great tasting water ice and custard with so many flavors to choose from. They don't take American Express credit cards though.
