Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Rita's is Ice Custatd, Drive-thru only. New construction, just opened! Outdoor patio seating available. Menu is a wide range of iced coffees and drinks, smoothies, and custard ice cream. Mmmmm... My first tase of chocolate in a cup was really good! Perfect for summer. Pricing is fair for this type of product. Service was friendly and efficient. Easy in and out on Wayne Ave. Further updates as my tastebuds becon. Five heart rating. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Finally got to the new Rita’s. So delicious! The person who took my order and the lady at the window were so nice. 😊 Not sure if it was the same person. My gelati looked beautiful and it tasted wonderful! I’ll be back. I’ll also be downloading the app! 🤤

I gave this place sooooooo many chances over the past year. Either the portions are extremely small for the price, or I just keep getting bad luck with my cups of custard not even being filled halfway. $6 for 5 bites of custard + $1.29 for a dash of brownie bites??? Last year, I ordered a hot fudge brownie sundae. The brownie was cold/frozen and hard as a rock. I couldn’t even saw the brownie with a steak knife!! I messaged the company Facebook page and received an apology + some coupons for free small ice or custard, which I very much appreciated. However, every time I went back, I was disappointed. One time, you go there and attempt to order a campfire marshmallow milkshake, just to be told they can’t make “custom” shakes… they can only do the shake flavors on the menu (vanilla, chocol

paid $14 for a concrete and a blendini both came out not full, the concrete was half empty with almost no topping in it. and the strawberries in the blendini were mushy. on the plus side it took about 3 minutes to get our order in the drive thru and the custard itself was good. these pictures we taken as soon as we left. nothing was eaten out of them!!

Extremely over priced, small portions, but it is very good, when they get it right. I asked for a freshly packed pint of custard and was told they can not do that but could a fresh QUART instead? (Literally says “fresh pints” on their website and menu but okay) 🧐🤷‍♂️ that makes absolutely no sense..I won’t be back for a while, I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to DQ. Such a shame, used to love this place.
