Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I think it's kind of great that every Rita's has different flavors of custard, ice, and even toppings. Makes things kind of fun and interesting. One thing you can expect at all locations is the bright and cheerful service you'll receive that's almost as fulfilling as their delicious desserts 🍦

The ice cream was undeniably excellent, but the menu and ordering process were a bit confusing. It took a while to figure out the options, and I wished for a more straightforward menu layout. What disappointed me most was the lack of indoor seating. Enjoying ice cream can be a messy affair, and the absence of indoor seating meant there was no convenient place to clean up sticky hands, which was a bit inconvenient. Still, it’s worth a visit for the delicious ice cream.

Really Enjoyed the Rita's black cherry Italian water ice I picked up early Monday evening. Good, Attentive & Friendly Service. Lots of very tasty Italian ice flavors available.

I ordered a small vanilla and large coffee custard both in a cup The small and large were served in the same exact cup and the cups had the same amount of custard. When I asked the employee she said this is how it is served, it is ridiculous for a small and large to be served in the same exact cup with the same amount of custard.

I received a gift card from here and when I went to use it, the employee said the card wasn't activated. The employee said that they have been having issues with their gift cards. How is this not fraud? If you do get a gift card from here, definitely save your receipt.
