Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I visited this place a few days ago, 2 Employees looked my way when I walked up and didn’t bother to greet me and my son. Very ignorant and unprofessional. One of the young ladies was kind enough to come serve me. But 2 of the others sat on the chairs and watched her while giving me dirty looks. I will not be giving this rita’s my business after that incident. Use to love this location but seems like the staff has gotten unprofessional over the year. Folsom location will keep my business.

Looked at a few Rita’s for Schwarberry flavor. The team at Eddystone Rita’s went above and being to get the flavor in stock. They even texted me to let me know it was made and ready to be picked up. They could have easily said ‘No, don’t have it!’. They promised me they would get what they needed to make it and did not disappoint. They made myself and my Phillies loving mother very happy! The staff are so friendly and personable! Thanks Rita’s!!!

Rita’s Ice Cream is hands down one of the best spots I’ve visited for a sweet treat. Great ice cream with tons of flavor and super creamy texture. The employees are really nice and make the whole experience even better. Definitely worth a visit.

I been going here for the past year. Amazing customer service always makes my day. I recommend the cotton candy misto hits every time, but the water ices don’t disappoint. I brought couple of my friends they loved the place.
