Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Ice cream was good but I got scammed by the young light skin boy who helped me. Gave him a 20 and he put in that I gave him 10. When I tried to correct him he said I had given him a 10 not a 20. Wasn't about to fight over 10 bucks so I left.

This Ritas is amazing! They have a variety of flavors and several selections of Ritas products I've never seen at any other location. The cute atmosphere is welcoming with tables to sit and enjoy your purchase. The guy who took care of us was so friendly and great at helping me make the next choice. Do not hesitate. Go visit they are open in the fall and winter!!

Not a good experience. Hard to get to and the parking lot is very dangerous. Almost got backed into twice. Very crowded. Workers were very friendly but the place was understaffed so not their fault. $12.50 for a small custard and small Gelati?? Not worth it

The management of this place is horrible. I have heard the owners are extremely disrespectful, and the store is ran by teenagers because the owners are too lazy to do actual work. Most workers are obviously untrained. I have found hair in my ice multiple times and my friend that works there said their was mold in the back and their solution was throwing a towel over it. Disgusting. Never coming back. Try coldstone instead way better service.
