My son was rewarded for his first game of soccer😊, the cashier was very nice but needed some help cause she was handling the service and the register.

Great place to get an ice, custard, milkshake or Gelati. Awesome flavor selection. You can order from two windows and they are quick to serve you. A few benches out front but most in sun. Great items. We got a twisted (chocolate and vanilla) custard with chocolate sprinkles and a vanilla custard and cotton candy gelati. Delicious! Enjoy!

Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience on 7/22 I visited your location on July 22nd around 4 PM and was extremely disappointed by the service I received. The young lady assisting me was not only unprofessional but also noticeably rude throughout the interaction. To make matters worse, I noticed a tip charge had been added without my consent or any explanation. I expect a certain level of respect and transparency when visiting an establishment, and this experience fell far below that standard. I’d appreciate it if this matter could be looked into, and I hope steps are taken to ensure better service in the future. Thank you.

Love my Italian ice from this place. They have got a good selection of delicious flavors. My go to place!

The person that’s there needs to be more friendly and not just look at you like she doesn’t understand what you’re saying. She does not even greet with a hello or thank you. Customer services is very important, please make sure to train your staff the proper way.
