Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Rita's has great ice cream, my girlfriend and I come here every time we visit my hometown. The staff and owner are also always super kind, consistent, expedient, and often fun to talk with! However in particular, give the girl working at 3 pm on June 7, 2025 a RAISE!! She handled like 5 of us at once besides being great to communicate with. Thanks unnamed soldier!!!

Go to place for ice cream in town. Staff is extremely friendly! Prices are worth it for the quality of their ice cream which is another thing their ice cream is amazing and they do have more than just ice cream like custards and milkshakes. I highly highly highly recommend this place for ice cream if your in town!

Always good. Service was a little messy as the owner recently passed away and she ran everyrhing. And by messy, it wasn't bad - just seemed like they were tripping over each other. The tribute on the counter was touching.

Had it at 5 stars, but had to drop it one (for an honest review) due to recent service. Unfortunately, the owner of the store died and the service has just gone downhill since. Very sad to see, and hope to see it pick back up soon.
