Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

The ice cream and Italian ice are great. It was very busy when were there, but the line moved quickly. The strawberry ice was great it had real strawberrys. We also had a Sunday, and key lime ice cream. All the servings are large!

3 minutes ago New We had a Rita’s Italian Ice back in Pennsylvania when I was growing up, but we don’t have one in North Carolina—so it was a great surprise to see one while on vacation down here. As soon as I saw the sign, I knew we had to stop. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean everything was. The floors were spotless, the counters were wiped down, and the place smelled fresh. It really made me feel like they care about keeping the store nice for their customers. The staff were also super friendly. They greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and didn’t rush me while I looked at all the different flavors. When I asked for a recommendation, the worker was patient and even offered me a sample to help me decide. That made me feel welcome and comfortable. I g

The custard is nothing like Rita’s should be the shop also smelled terrible like strong cleaning products, I threw out my cone after one lick. The one in north Myrtle is way better

This is a nice Rita's with a large dining area and friendly service. A little on the expensive side. Plan on spending $20 for 2 large Gelatis

The ice cream here was decent, but the customer service was honestly pretty bad, lacking a friendly welcome.
