Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I bit down on not one but two pieces of hard plastic that were in my gelati. Not cool at all. And no it’s not a piece of gumball or hard candy. Straight up plastic

there's so many flavors! The board of flavors changes every day so it's cool to try something new! My favorite flavors are always there becuase I like almost all of them, I don't just stick to one flavor. I understand that during the day the popular flavors will sell out so I wont get upset if mango or cherry are gone. They made amazing accomodations for my allergies which was super sweet as well. I recommend it 100%

This location is always out of stock for the popular flavors. Anytime my family goes, they are consistently out of mango and/or cherry but have plenty of the less popular flavors like banana. It’s fine if that’s what you’re looking for but if you want a popular flavor, I’d recommend calling ahead to make sure they have it or going to another location

When I approached the window, the young girl behind the counter did not say hello or provide any sort of greeting, she didn’t even look at me at first. I stood there unsure if she was going to help me or if she was doing something else. She needs customer service training - 6/29 at 7:30.

This location is a wonderful location. It is very clean, well stocked, with plenty of flavors and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Customer service is superb! My son loves the cookie sandwiches and the ice flavors are beyond your basic cherry and lemon like most places!
