I was looking for lunch on my drive to the Northern Neck and most places around were closed. I happened to drive by and see an open sign on, so I turned around only to leave with the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Everyone was so friendly as I waited, and the lovely gentleman that cooked it customized it to how he liked to eat it, and it was absolute perfection. I will be having dreams about this sandwich from this point forward. 🐓

One of those rare gems you stumble upon if you're lucky. Exquisite meals prepared to order, but you better call ahead. It's a small store with a big heart, NOT FAST FOOD. Take home and cook, cooked ready to warm, cold salads, etc ready to grab and go in the display cases. Steaks cut to order. Fried chicken, steak sandwiches, shrimp salad, and full dinner meals, plus a large selection of sake, sodas you forgot about, wine, Japanese mayo, and more!

Sundays are the only day that they offer fried chicken. Advertised as Dave's Fried Chicken, I'm not quite sure who this guy is, but it's the best fried chicken, as well as the best fried chicken sandwich I have ever eaten. Looking into the kitchen, they were pan frying it in a cast iron pan which you never see these days outside of your mom's kitchen.

This is my favorite restaurant. Gourmet food at affordable prices. Love the people, the area and food. I've never had a bad meal ever and I have been there over 75 times in the last 8 months. I've suggest trying the Cheese Steak Sub called the Old Fashion.

The fried chicken is off the chain. Mac and cheese in dirty rice are good as well. Haf the facility been cleaner, it would have earned five stars
