Had a great afternoon in Chimney Rock at RiverWatch. While the back, river scenery looks different now, the food and hospitality is the same. We were told that there was a new bartender when the waitress came by with a drink update - not that we were complaining or it had been awhile - she was just sweet and keeping us informed. I had ordered a spicy margarita so I was a bit worried… It was the BEST spicy margarita I’ve ever had. Hubby got a rum/pineapple/coconut drink special and the blue cheese burger. I got the Gouda burger. Both of ours were cooked as requested and super flavorful. The bacon jam was Smokey and sweet. The fries were crisp and starchy -yum!!! Our server was phenomenal. Please give this restaurant your business. You won’t be disappointed.

Bacon cheese fries were exceptional. Fried pickles were just so-so, heavy on the batter, and appeared to be cooked in older grease. This was one of the items we were most looking forward to based on the reviews. Just a personal preference I guess. The three different burgers we got were all great. Same for the two different chicken subs we got. The sauce for the sweet potato fries was superb. The water was horrible. Worst I’ve had anywhere. The waitress (Sophie, and who was excellent) said she’s been telling them for a while how bad it was. So, we ordered soft drinks and apple juice, to the tune of $17.50 that we would not have had to pay otherwise. This is my only reason for the 4-stars instead of 5. Such a lovely place amidst the tragedy of Helene. The service we received by Megan was top-tier, and she was very attentive. We started with the fried pickles, and I was absolutely blown away by the batter they used. Then they went and topped it with the Cheesburger Melt. The cocktails were amazing and just overall a wonderful experience. Come out and support this local restaurant, and the entire Chimney Rock area.

So good! 3 of us had burgers, all different, all amazing (highly recommend the goat cheese burger w/sun-dried tomatoes and bacon jam), onion rings were also 😍 one had a foot long, holy moly it was huge! Great service, friendly, fun, amazing food and the view outside was so cozy and cute. Looking forward to going back!

So happy they are back open!! So so many burger options! Their burger master cooks every single burger perfectly. The buns are fresh and compress nicely. Crispy lettuce, fresh sliced tomatoes and onions. The fries are lightly battered and perfect. Love the homemade ranch on literally anything! The appetizer fresh fried mushrooms are a MUST. Help bring the businesses back and help the town. Many businesses opening daily. Nice quaint town you can walk down the street. Indoor, outdoor and upper covered patio so plenty of seating. Beautiful and clean place with a sanitation score of 100!!!! Friendly staff and amazing service. Definitely where I want to spend my money-
