My Fiance and I have been excited to come to this restaurant for a couple months now. We live 3 hours away and did a lot of research on where to eat in the area. This place had great reviews, several videos on TikTok and my Fiance is from the south so when I saw what type of food they were serving, I knew I had to take him there, especially after hearing so much good hype about the chefs. All we have to say is… I am not sure where everyone else ate at, but I wish we could have eaten there. We came in around 7:15- a bit late after finding out they closed at 8, but we came into town later than expected and were only going to have one night here so we wanted to try anyway. The atmosphere was pleasant and the menu offered a fair variety of options. However, the portion sizes did not seem consistent with the pricing, which diminished the overall value. The service also appeared to lack experience, as interactions felt somewhat unpolished. Additionally, it was unclear why dine-in meals were served in to-go containers, as this detracted from the overall dining experience.

very upset with this visit. heard so many great things about this place and was very disappointed. walked in and wasn’t greeted until about 12 minutes of me standing there with someone else who had already been waiting before me. told the lady i had a pickup order and she says ok let me grab it for you. (i placed the order 25-30 minutes before getting there). then she comes out and says it’s not ready yet and that i could have a seat at the counter. i then ended up waiting 30 EXTRA minutes to be told they were out of the mac and cheese. so she offers me something else as a side… only to then be told that they only had fries left. anyways, food is finally done but it’s just sitting there after they’ve already called it out and she has still yet to grab it. the guy that was standing behind t

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! RM Southern Eatery in Conway is an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The service was top-notch, and the food… wow, where do I begin? We started with the loaded Cajun Alfredo fries with shrimp—easily one of the best appetizers I’ve ever had. Rich, flavorful, and packed with bold Southern flair. For the main course, the fried chicken paired with waffles or beignets is out of this world. Perfectly crispy, juicy chicken with just the right amount of sweetness from the waffles and beignets.
