Customer Reviews
Nice small pizza spot. I had órdered a philly cheese steak and mushroom pizza. Both were delicious. I have to admit, although the sub was good it could probably use a little more mayo. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Price was ok depending on what you órdered. 3% discount if you use cash.
Food was really good and reasonably priced, service was pretty quick but we were the only ones there. Would definitely come again
Overall Score: 4.9/10 - Good-tasting food, but hidden fees, surcharges, and delays in order readiness detract from the experience. Atmosphere and Service: 5.1/10 - The person handling both phone and in-person orders was friendly and polite, creating a pleasant interaction. However, the order, promised in 10 minutes, took 18 minutes to be ready, which could have been communicated better. Additional charges on the website, such as a credit card fee, website fee, and a 20% default tip, create a sense of nickel-and-diming. A surcharge applied after the card was processed further complicates the experience, making cash payment preferable for transparency. Cheese Pizza: 7.1/10 - The pizza delivers excellent flavor with a well-balanced combination of sauce and cheese. The bread was enjoyable bu
Recently, my daughter brought to my attention this pizzeria, and I am pleased to report that the service provided by the employee named Steve was quite amiable and accommodating. Additionally, the medium cheese pizza and mild wings I ordered were scrumptious and reasonably priced. To be precise, my total expenditure amounted to less than $30.00 for the pizza and wings. Based on my favorable experience, I intend to place orders with this establishment in the near future.
I'm not ordering pizza from RR anymore. Their prices are way too high to have such poor quality pizza. I paid almost $20 for a burnt medium one topping tonight. I also specifically asked them to cook it lightly and not overcook it. After I showed the pizza to the cashier, he told me it was lightly done. The pizza was borderline burnt. Definitely not worth $20. I was too tired to argue with him so I just left. I ate one slice and then another just to be sure. I threw the rest out and went to sleep for dinner.
