Roadside Bistro

If you’re anywhere near Lake Wallenpaupack and haven’t tried Roadside Bistro yet, you’re missing out on something special. This place is truly a hidden gem. We had Roadside Bistro cater our Rehearsal Dinner of 50 people. Devon & Michael were extremely communicative and great to work with! We had SOOO much food, we had it for days after the rehearsal. It was super affordable, too! I know they do full-service catering, but we had them just deliver trays of BBQ & Sides, and it was amazing! The BBQ & potato salad were out of this world good, and all of our guests were raving about the food! They also have GREAT vegan options, as so many of our guests are vegan. They LOVED the vegan Paella and sides (I did too)! Highly recommend they cater your event!

We had Roadside Bistro cater for our wedding at Lacawac Sanctuary. Our guests loved the BBQ style menu and the appetizers. The cheesesteak egg rolls, nachos, grilled cheese and tomato bisque shooters for appetizers were incredible and the BBQ style menu (rotisserie chicken, pulled pork sliders, mac and cheese, baked beans) was a hit. The service was incredible for our special day so we didn't have to worry about a thing other than having the time of our lives. Thank you Roadside Bistro team!!

MORE THAN JUST A FOOD TRUCK. These guys have an extensive menu on top of their well advertised lobster rolls. Plenty of parking and seating for the whole family. VERY CLEAN porta-potty. Wife said “to have an out-house that doesn’t smell even on 100 degree day is impressive. We will definitely be stopping again on our way home from the lake.

What a great surprise! If you're close by definitely stop at this food truck/stand. About a half hour drive from Downtown Scranton, the French fries are worth the trip alone. Excellent lobster roll, the bread on the stromboli was on another level, and the General Tso's tacos were a fun twist on a classic. So glad we decided to make the random decision to drive here. You should too!
