Absolutely amazing BBQ. Worth the drive from Lancaster. Wings, brisket, and pulled pork were phenomenal, but the ribs.. crazy good. Ask for extra sauce. The blueberry bourbon sauce is killer. Price was amazing for the amount of food.

This was our first time visiting Roaming Bison Tavern and we had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The owner even came out personally to greet us and thank us for stopping by, which made the experience even more special. 🥰🩵 The barbecue was absolutely delicious, tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection😋 The sides were just as good, and you can tell everything is made with care. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. We ordered the Pit Master and the RBT Sampler—they did not disappoint 👌🏽🔥 We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great barbecue and excellent hospitality!

I forgot to leave this review yesterday..my wife Melissa and I are always looking for new places to go out and eat..This is beyond a hidden gem!! Not only were we overly welcomed..but the food the food is beyond is beyond amazing..Tuesday is their 1$ wing night..Smoked or Classic..The owner of this fine establishment came over to our table to welcome us..and said "welcome home"..which was amazing..I myself have been a restaurant manager for over 25 years and this experience was beyond amazing! The server/bartender Trevor was again beyond accommodating and overly welcoming! Their smoked brisket and wings were so delicious!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you again..I couldn't remember the owners name( I apologize)..but again..because of Trevor and the owner, we will be back!!

First time here and I can not begin to tell you how amazing it was . Food was awesome and Heather was the best ! If I could give it ten stars I would !

It's our first time in Buffalo and we stumbled across this Tavern looking for a Bison burger. We had an amazing time with Heather and Daniel. They recommended great food, great drink, and great advice in enjoying Buffalo for the first time. They took really good care of us and went above and beyond. We had the bison burger and smoked wings. Both tasted great! 10/10 would recommend.
