We order carne asada fries and two tacos dorados wow excellent test keep doing ah great job. Excellent atmosphere they treat you like a friend. Highly recommend this place to everyone 💯💯💯

Food was cold and mostly cheese. We ordered a bean and cheese but the cheese was cold and not melted. Had next guest come in behind us and got special treatment. Felt very disrespected and ignored.

Door dashed it this evening from this location and got food poisoning. 0/5 stars. Other reviews mention cross contamination, after examining while sick. That makes a lot of sense. Avoid! I typically have an iron stomach, but my god.

I just tasted the worse carne asada fries ive ever had. Im a SD native so I know good Mexican food. This aint it. This Robertos is nothing like the one's in North Park, Chula Vista or PB. Go to those locations or Humbertos on 25th or 43rd.

I've been to this chain before in other cities and (enjoyed the food) I didn't have the same issues as I did the other day. I think it was this particular store that I went to: They didn't respect my current and forever vegetriansem/ sometimes veganism dietary restrictions. --The egg and potatoes burrito had Cross contamination with Beef which tramatised me.
