They did my 2023 taxes and it was a poor experience. The actual accountant passed a lot of work to the assistant which created a game of telelphone as she was not prepared to handle landlord/property deduction issues. This created a lot of back-and-forth and delays. They ultimately did not file my taxes on time, told me there was no extra cost for that, then tried to gaslight when there was in fact a charge. They also misinformed me of their billing (and they are more expensive than any other accountant I've used to date). I felt overcharged, especially for the late filing, the multiple questions, etc. Be sure to document all your questions (and their answers!) early as well! I just got my first bill in the mail today (Nov 2023) and it didn't include any information on how to pay, where to
