Walked in looking for something new. Definitely a fun friendly atmosphere. Rock n Roll music playing, and the videos playing on the TV screens on the walls. Menus seem large and overwhelming but there’s plenty of pictures and good descriptions about each item. The server also took time to explain the details to us. The rolls came out first. Well constructed, fresh and held together well when dipped in the soy. Was also pleasantly surprised that the wasabi seemed fresh as well. The Ramen came out next, bowl was nicely sized for the $16.00 price. This was supposed to be a spicy dish that didn’t seem to spicy at all, I understand “spicy for everyone” but it was about a 3/10 spice level 🤷🏻‍♂️, also the egg was a little cold in the center. Other than those couple small critiques the r

“A Fresh Vibe in Vail 🎶🍣” Let’s take a moment to celebrate Vail’s growth — and this fun new addition to the lineup! A sushi and ramen spot with a full bar (and mocktails!) is exactly the kind of fresh energy this area needed. Service was awesome — friendly, fast, and upbeat. Loved the playlist overhead with classics like Jimi Hendrix and other greats, plus music videos rolling on multiple screens that really set a fun, casual tone. To be clear, this is a franchise aiming for good vibes and quick bites, not a fine-dining Japanese experience — and it nails that purpose. The menu covers sushi, ramen, and dessert bites, all designed for an easy, flavorful meal with a side of fun. Not the most vegetarian/vegan-forward menu, but major kudos to our server and the kitchen for being so accommod

Heard of this place from a foodie influencer. Finally got to check it out. It's quite a distant from us but we were on our way somewhere and decided to not go anymore and check this place out so we took the drive there. It's not as big as I thought it'd be base off the videos and photos from them. To start off, i got their jalapeno poppers for apps and my husband we thought it was pretty good. It does have a hint of spicy to it and I can handle my spice so to say that, it means it was good. I got 1 roll and my husband got 2. I got their VIP roll, my husband got one of their lobster and another one I forgot. It was a bit disappointing cause the rice used was either not cooked fully or old cause it was still kinda hard. Not sure what oil they used for deep frying but after i ate 3 poppers n

Cool idea, nice atmosphere (although a bit chilly inside in January), food presentation was great, and customer service was good. The downfall? Pricing a bit steep in comparison. Nigiri about $8 for 2 pieces is a little higher than other places, rolls can get up there as well as other food items on menu and sizing was a little smaller than other spots I've reviewed. Not terrible, but a bit higher than other places. Sushi selection. Was only about 7ish seafood items to choose from. E.g. Tuna, salmon, shrimp, etc. If you want a wider selection go to a different sushi spot. Flavor was OK. Appetizer sampler was kinda bland. Sushi roll was doused in sauce so you didn't get fish flavor at all. The steak lunch bowl decent for pricing, a lot of rice, flavor was OK. Would not orde

I felt like this new sushi spot in Vail had so much promise and potential and my experience here tonight was just so disappointing. I love sushi so I was really excited to have somewhere so close to home, especially when I usually go to place is 45 minutes away, however I would rather drive that 45 minutes to have the same reliably good service and food than go through the experience I had tonight again. I ordered through DoorDash just two shrimp tempura rolls and some steamed edamame. I did get there about 5 minutes earlier than the expected wait time so I was expecting to wait a little and that was okay with me. Then when 15 minutes had gone by and I hadn’t had an update on my food I was getting a little annoyed but still that’s only 10 minutes lasted the expected time. Other people kep
