Rockaway Beach ⛱️🏖️ IS MY PLACE TO BE, instead of FarRockaway Beach. Even though my Late Grandmother lived out there for a Long Time, but she passed away in 1998.☹️🥀🌷 Unlike FarRockaway Beach neighborhood, was Rude, Nasty, & Impolite, Rockaway Park Beach neighborhood was the Complete Opposite! 👍🏾I Felt Very WELCOME There! I came across to this Particular park beach 🏖️ back in the summer of 1996 by taking S shuttle line. Lots of Warm greetings from everyone & feeling so dumb like, "why didnt I EVER discovered this Particular Nice with full of Decency Area Before?!"🤭 Anyways, I also MADE Another Discovery the short way to get to Rockaway Park Beach, was by taking the Q53 city bus 🚌🚐 from my neighborhood (Woodside) to my Destination, Rockaway Park Beach!!!😃 ⛱️🏖️ This took place back in May

I liked the cleanliness of the beach and the attentive lifeguards. It's a very family-friendly beach, and it's just a block away from the A-line train and buses.

Great play area for children and a lot of lifeguards. Very few people on a weekday afternoon. Some mothers with children in the play area and a few people on the actual beach and a few people cycling or jogging on the promenade. It almost seemed that their were more lifeguards than actual people on the beach.

Beautiful Beach! Very close to the Memorial Park, I was impressed when we reached the beach . We arrived a Saturday and the beach was not packed. The beach was clean, also the board walk and the bathroom too. But always very busy ! Not same before the the COVI” .still have a very nice time!

This place is a great public beach! ⛱️ Rockaway Beach is the perfect spot to relax 😌 and unwind during the hot 🥵 summer 🌞 days! It's super easy to get here from the City 🏙️ using the ferry ⛴️ from Wall 🧱 St. Pier 11 to Rockaway or using the subway 🚇 (S line). The lifeguards 🏊‍♂️ are very professional and attentive to emergencies 🆘 and the waves 🌊 are great! Make sure to bring water 💦, flipflops 🩴, and your best bathing suit! 👙 I wish I came here more often!
