Extremely disappointed in the customer service here. The young, long-haired receptionist was unprofessional and rude. It seems like she has little experience handling public inquiries, especially compared to the rest of the staff who are usually great. I felt disrespected and dismissed. I hope management addresses this attitude, as it does not reflect the helpfulness I expect from this organization.

My old worker, Tracey Fox, is clearly impaired and cannot do her job. I got married in August and requested changes to my case. Gave her all needed information and she failed to make the changes. I contacted her again and she then got my husbands case closed but did not get him added to my case. Then we moved and attempted to get our case transferred to our new location which took her over a week to do. I have threads and threads of emails between her and I when I was staying at a homeless shelter and she even asked me about shelter expenses 🫠 The lack of accountability and lack of ability to use critical thinking skills and do her job properly is ridiculous. This entire person needs to be retrained or just completely fired.

over 2 hours in this place and the Health department are so rude, just came nee to this town and have to process my baby wic benefits and they did not want to help with any information since they dont work for wic but they share the office! they couldn’t gave me a phone number to me that way i could call and get i formation or make a appointment, this is the only place I had a bad experience in this town. so disappointed Social services and wic personnel where very helpful and professional.

All of snap benefits got stolen as soon as they were loaded onto card (even though my card was locked) and spent in a different state in the matter of minutes. Was told they could do nothing and that I should go to food banks and hung up. What happened to compassion? And why are people allowed to go around stealing other people's snap benefits and not get anything done to them? They don't even report it to anyone

I had problems with my new SNAP card getting activated. I was in the waiting room for about 10 minutes and had my card activated in less than 5 minutes in a private room with the social worker.
