Rodeo's Mexican Grill

Rodeo’s Mexican Grill is hands down the best Mexican restaurant my partner and I have ever been to—and we frequent a lot of Mexican spots! The shrimp and chicken build-your-own tacos were absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The guacamole and chips were fresh and flavorful, the perfect start to our meal. We also tried the chicken enchiladas, which were incredible—rich, savory, and perfectly cooked. On top of the amazing food, the service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. We can’t wait to come back!

We called the restaurant the day before and asked if they could accommodate a party of 10. They are a small place but they said they could accommodate us. When we arrived the place was full, but as other diners finished up they were able to put tables together and get us seated in a very reasonable time. The service was quick and friendly. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We will definitely go back.

The Good: - The staff seated us right away. Our food came to our table steaming hot and within 15 minutes of ordering. - The restrooms, dining area, and open kitchen were all sparkling clean. -The steak on my fajita was grilled, tender, and juicy. The shrimp in my sister’s burrito were plentiful and deliciously seasoned. The Bad: - $25 is a steep price to charge for a large daiquiri with an extra shot (that seemed quite short on the extra shot). - The guacamole and sour cream served with the fajitas barely covered a single fajita. When I brought the extra small portion sizes to the manager’s attention he simply said, “next time.” Seriously????? 🤣🤯😳

I remember way back when this was originally Lovettsville Pizza and Subs, and has changed many different times over the years since. Very happy with Rodeo's setting up shop here. Our family dines and orders take out from here very often and we have never been disappointed! Felix is very kind and personable, and the staff in general are very sweet and on point with service. The food is absolutely delicious - I usually order the Mucha Hambre (steak + chicken, rice, and all the fixings). The house margaritas are always a go-to, and not to mention that the fried ice cream blew my mind!!! We love this place 👍

My child and I stopped in for a late lunch today. We enjoyed the chips and salsa and ordered a tierra del Mar to share. It was, 100%, the best version of that dish I have had anywhere. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I'm impressed.
