Rodney's Spice Kitchen Food Truck

I was really looking forward to authentic Jamaican food, but unfortunately, Rodney Spice Kitchen didn’t deliver. I ordered what was supposed to be jerk wings, but they tasted more like fried sweet Chinese chicken. The cabbage was also sweet, which wasn’t what I expected. On the plus side, the spicy beef patty and the rice were decent. Overall, I wouldn’t call this authentic Jamaican cuisine.

I’m not too fond of the food trucks in my city so believe me when I say this one is a MUST TRY !!! I tried the jerk chicken rasta pasta and it was really good ! My only thing I would add is I would order it next time with “extra sauce” cuz there wasn’t enough for my personal liking. My husband ordered a jerk chicken patty and he said it was amazing.

If you’ve been craving authentic, delicious Jamaican food - look no further. The jerk chicken is 🔥, and don’t get me started on the special sauce with the Rasta pasta. Every plate, patty, or side I’ve had is always seasoned perfectly, fresh, and hits every time. It’s hard to find consistency, but this place will keep you coming back. Enjoy!
