Rodriguez Mexican Restaurant

Dropped in for a breakfast burrito and am now planning a trip back to start exploring the menu. The green chili was great, and the menu looks like there is a ton more to try. I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito as I was on the go, and I was not disappointed. I have driven past this unassuming restaurant more times than I can count and didn't expect it to be as good as it was. I will be back!

Don't go here because if they mess up on your order they tell you kick rocks, I ordered a Mexican hamburger with mild chili and they gave me hot and I told them and they basically told me sorry kick rocks so I wouldn't support this restaurant and I'm not going to support this restaurant ever again one star on everything if I could give zero I would

This place is a diamond in the rough. Super low key right off of Colfax. We ordered 5 different kinds of tacos and they were all amazing. The hot salsa is good, not too hot. The mild has great flavor. But the real secret here is the green chile. That stuff is awesome. Super chunky and the pork is fork tender. Sorry most of it was gone before I took the pic... You're lucky it wasn't completely gone by the time I remembered! 😆

I’ve been coming to this place for months 2-3 times a week. This morning I ordered a plate with no cheese and it came with cheese. I brought the plate back and the cashier argued that I never told him to not put cheese. After arguing, he replaced the order and it came with cheese again. I can’t help but think that this was done out of spite. I’ve always given them generous tips (20% and up) even though I’ve never ate at the restaurant. What a shame to lose a loyal customer like this.

I have been coming here for a few years now and I have never been disappointed! The food has always been so good and family members that I have picked up food for also really like the burritos. Always order the breakfast burritos and chili cheese fries. The people that work out front are always very pleasant and polite. From time to time someone from the kitchen will bring my order out to me (always to go) and have always been very kind.and pleasant. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Can't believe I never left a review for this awesome place before now. Highly recommend!!
