Despite being hidden away from the road, this library is gorgeous! The children’s room features interactive toys and a beautiful tree structure. Staff was very nice and helpful!

A beautiful library with an amazing view, and so many cool things like mini art galleries....but it is LOUD! It is the loudest library, possibly ever. No matter where you sit, be prepared to hear every word that anyone anywhere in the library says.

Apparently studying or any kind of quiet work is frowned upon here. I just had someone literally slamming books onto the shelves while i was trying to work quietly in a back corner. They could literally have gone anywhere but chose to do this directly next to me, and when i got up to see if i could move somewhere else they scowled at me. Seriously. About a decade ago i was a public librarian, things have really changed for the worse. Libraries are supposed to be patron friendly, but apparently that is an outdated concept.

A bright and sunny library with huge windows...looking out on lovely fields. A comfortable area to read, meditate or simply look out the windows and admire the view. There are several nooks where you can read, or write. The selection of books is very good. If you enjoy magazines, there is a large selection to choose from. The library offers many, many programs for children, as well as, adults. There are numerous computers available for use...and wifi. They also have a fantastic book sale. The staff is friendly and helpful....and the women and men who run the book sales are fantastic...I've been to so many sales...and have gotten to know them so well...I consider them friends. Please check out the library....and in the summer, you can go to the farmer's market across the street..

Very nice library. Have been using their free museum passes . It saved me lots of money. Librarians are polite and do their job well.Besides free passes they have lots of events for adults and children.Recommend this library to everyone from Hudson Valley. Easy to find and building and grounds are well kept. Please visit this wonderful library! .
