Roll It Up Ice Cream Snellville

We came in the evening of 12/26/2025. Two bigger girls were working. It took every customer in there 40 minutes to get their order. They kept running around complaining that it was too much. I snapped this photo AFTER this woman refused to serve the next 15 customers to enter the store and proceeded to lock the door. Mind you, they were open for another 2 hours. You can’t reject customers during business hours, get off your phone and pick up the pace. Also want to note she continuously touched her phone with her gloves on and continued to make people’s orders. Disgusting and not sanitary. Their appearance could also be cleaner for work. Bellies hanging out of shirts with pants low and hair in front of your face is not professional or something you want when you order food. I like roll it

We had such a great experience at Roll It Up Ice-Cream thanks to Faith! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such a warm and welcoming attitude that made us feel right at home. We ordered the Biscoff, Cookie Monster, and Mocha Brownie, and she absolutely nailed every single one. The proportions were spot on, the ice cream was rolled perfectly, and the toppings were added so neatly and generously. You can really tell she takes pride in what she does. Everything tasted amazing and looked just as good. We’ll definitely be back! 🍨✨

I love this place! The taro roll up ice cream is the best i’ve ever had! The owner is often there and is always super friendly and makes it exactly how I like it. Highly recommended :)

This was my first time here and it was cool to watch them prepare our order. We ordered a Nutty Buddy, S'mores Night, and Coffee Cream. We ordered them just as they are on the menu but would make some adjustments next time. The Nutty Buddy comes with two Reese's cups, peanuts, and pretzels on top. Next time, we'd do without the Reese's. The peanuts and pretzels are perfect additions but the ice cream is pretty sweet so the candy was too much for us and we didn't eat it. The S'mores Night was perfect. The person who ordered it really enjoyed being able to make an actual s'more with the toppings, which included toasted marshmallows. The Coffee Cream was good but there were too many toppings. The person who ordered it said he could get multiple scoops that were toppings only. Our only other c
