Rollin' Smoke BBQ

Absolutely the most amazing bbq we've had in a long while hands down. The flavor was on point and everything complemented each other. The brisket had the burned ends that made each bite full of flavor. The bbq sauce was also very tasty. The beans 🥰 yum the potato salad Absolutely worth getting the 16 oz side. The pineapple, cranberry slaw was so tasty I loved it. The cranberries on the slaw a 10. We loved it and recommend it, we will definitely come back. JUST 2 things the sausage in the sandwich was delicious (I would have liked the sausage to have been cut in round slices for a better even bite) and 2 no disrespect but the Mac and cheese a 1, 100% only because zero is not an option. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Met Jose the owner and he loves what he does! I make BBQ and smoke meat and this was one of the first places I’ve gone that made me say “Wow!” Worth the trip from El Paso! I might even have to make the trip back from Los Angeles! I think that is technically a Michelin Star rating in my book! 👏🏽👌🏽 He has two giant smokers with the perfect system for making the perfect brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, beef ribs and everything else barbecue that you can possibly want.

We are traveling through Texas and came across this great BBQ joint in Anthony Texas. The food was absolutely wonderful and the Owner/Pitmaster Jesus was awesome. He took the time to show us his smokers, everything in them, and tell us all about his restaurant. They are on Mile Marker 0 of the Texas - New Mexico border in Anthony, Texas. Make sure you go check this place out because it truly is the best of the best!

Absolutely phenomenal food! Beautiful smoke rings on the brisket, the dino rib bark was flavorful, and the pineapple cranberry coleslaw is my new favorite side! Definitely worth the trip to come here!!

Food was really great. It was lunch rush, so service was kind of slow but nothing serious. They have a smoked apple pie with home made ice cream, delish, just like the food. I don't mind driving 45 minutes from the east side of ELP to go east here. . Great owner and great staff!!
