Roma Pizzeria & Restaurant

Oh my God. Was out on a road trip, starting to get hungry, and saw this shopping center. Came in, and found this place. The second I opened the door, the whole atmosphere around me transformed. The whole restaurant makes you feel like you're in what I would imagine New York pizza places are like. You can order by the slice! And the slices are very big compared to normal, and actually decently priced. And they had so many toppings! Once I got my pizza, (probably under 2 minutes after I ordered) there was even MORE toppings I could put on for free! They have a bathroom, which I used after finishing my pizza. I am still thinking about this pizza, way later after eating it. I've never had New Jersey style pizza before, but this sure was a good introduction.

Good food. Nice people. Temperature inside restaurant was way too warm. I wasn't sweating but I did consider leaving in hopes of finding another place. All the people working were wonderful. As usual for me, good food takes precedence. And this was good food. I had two slices plus a side of meatballs in red sauce. The sauce smelled perfect. The meatballs tasted very good. Yess, they were handmade there. The girl told me I was lucky: They run out of meatballs quickly. The pizza slices were good. If the meatballs were an A, the slices were a B. Price for what I ordered was a great value. But some of the things I wanted to try were a little pricey for me. My whole order with soft drink and tip was probably $16. Some of the dinners I was tempted by started at $16. That's not unreasonable

I don’t live in the area and found myself having to kill some time and it was approaching lunch. I checked around and found this spot and the reviews were good, so I gave it a shot. Walked in just after they opened and got a slice of meat lovers & garlic knots. Super friendly staff made some suggestions and were very helpful. A few minutes later the garlic knots came out… wow!! Absolutely delicious! Then the pizza came and equally as good! Outstanding food, clean restaurant and great staff. Easy 5 ⭐️ rating from me. If I’m ever in this area again, I’ll definitely return.

This is my Pizza place for life. They're always making great food and the staff is awesome.

Excellent little pizza joint! We got a large cheese to go. Came out nice and hot, we ate half before we got to the park lol very fresh tasting sauce, fluffy crunchy crust, cheese wasn't very greasy which we prefer!! Will definitely be back!
