Rooster’s Chicken & Waffles- New Britain (HALAL)

I love roosters, however they did switch their location in New Britain ever since the switch the food has not been the same. This is my second time ordering from the new location and my mac & cheese. Looks like soup. Very disappointed

If I could give zero stars, I would their online ordering system is open for the New Britain location and we ordered and it accepted my payment when we went to pick up our food. The place was completely empty lights off when I called the Hartford location several times to get a refund I was told there was no manager or the manager would call and my contact information was given. No one has since called me. I’ve called several times one employee told me to go to Hartford to try and see if I could get a refund. I am not driving to Hartford to get a refund. They should have called me like they stated they were several times. I will never order from this business again !

I order my food at 630 they told me that my food will be ready in 15 minutes I got there at 655 the guy tells me there short staff that its gonna take another 15 minutes so I come back again at 725 and the guy is making order in front of me. I ask him if my food is ready he then goes to the back and saids to me that I need another 10 min the food was never made and the cook apologized to me and said he never told me to cook your food. After I been there for almost a hour and still my food was not cook they dont even know what there doing they look lost the whole time. I cancel my order and took my business somewhere els. the sad part about it they didnt care about my order or try making it better they just told me to wait longer. my wife is pregnant so they basically starved a pregnant wom

Ordered, it was supposed to be open. It was closed when I got there. Had to have it refunded by another store. I should also mention, the order was to be picked up 7 pm. They were supposed to be open until 10 pm

have gone multiple times and don't have a certain flavor used to be my favorite place to get wings from
