What was that? I was looking forward to visiting Roosterspin in New Brunswick and whereas I was well received upon arrival, I was a little surprised at how empty the place was on a Saturday evening. Our party proceeded to place a food order which was botched, surprising given that the place was empty. Overall I found the food okay but the lackadaisical service was off-putting. It's unlikely that I will return.

Absolutely love this place. Such a great experience every time I stop by. Fabio's knowledge of cocktails is extraordinary. He takes his time to find out what you like and makes recommendations based on that. Love the Springsteen and Bruce Lee cocktails. Bonis points for the happy Hour selection.

I booked a 21st birthday party for my daughter and all of her friends. It was a wonderful event. Staff was super nice, food came out quickly and was delicious. The Karaoke Jazz room was perfect for our size group. We got the perfect amount of service and kids were able to enjoy an extended hour. I would highly recommend and would book again.

WARNING: if you come here, be prepared to have your Shazam out. Whoever is in charge of the aux cord knows what they're doing and they're able to set the mood perfectly. The atmosphere is very intimate and calm and the interior design feels very warm and nostalgic. The food is perfect and extremely well seasoned. Not an insane variety but what they do have, they do damn well. I had the fried chicken sandwich, ramen, and cheese tempura bites. I was absolutely impressed by each. The ramen noodles were perfect and not overcooked, chicken was super tender, and that jalapeno sauce will knock your socks off. Our first server was not the most attentive which was the only thing we saw wrong until we got taken care of by Maggie! Maggie is an amazing server who is very attentive with good energy!

Went for my birthday and it didn't disappoint. Food was great! Ordered a little of everything. My family said it was a vibe, amazing old school R&B like motown hits & the space was very comfortable. Now, we had amazing customer service but it could be due to showing up before the crowd was overwhelming..we were the only people there for at least an hour. Also, a friend made a drink request that wasn't offered so the bartender made this beautiful & delicious off menu drink instead. Definitely plan on going again
