Some of the best NY style pizza in Colorado if not America. Phenomenal crisp, robust tomato sauce & unforgettable taste which led me to grab two more slices. Both the specialty of the day (Sicilian style - sausage & peppers) & NY style cheese pizza slices were equally tasty. Great customer service throughout the entire time! Don’t change a thing Rosalee’s. Been wanting to come here for over 2+ years and very happy it exceeded expectations.

The esthetic is all around comforting, wooden tables coupled with sofas and small armchairs to the side of the entry area and a nicely sized bar. Photos and posters adorn the walls, I spot Jerry Garcia once or twice. There must be a jam head amongst the mix of the crew. The main thing about coming to Rosalee's one should know it's that it is not large, but it's also undoubtedly the best pizza place in Longmont. Amazing New Haven style pizza, best in the state without a doubt. Came during happy hour and spent $20 on 2 slices and a good pint. Kate was my server with great recommendations and Maggie told me all about their east coast heritage - great vibes. Def will be back 🤙

I'm originally from NYC. Haven't gone back east in over a decade. The only thing consistently that I have craved was a good slice. Finding that is quite difficult in the Midwest. It got to the point I pretty much gave up pizza for a few years. Until I was told about this place. This is the place you go to get authentic east coast style thin crust pizza. And holy damn it's so good. The quality of meats and cheeses are exceptional. The crust is always cooked to perfection. I don't usually eat in, takeout only, but all of my interactions with staff have been friendly. Prices are high, but pizza is expensive everywhere now. And this is pizza that's worth the money. Every time I am homesick, this is where I go.

Really good dining, especially during lunch special hours and happy hour. 2 slices for 9.50 is a nice bargain, considering the slice sizes. They are new York style, meaning thin and some toppings, but still filling. Great atmosphere, although it is very cramped. There is 2 pinball tables and a multicade cabinet as well. great lunch place that deserves it's reputation.
