Rosati's Pizza

My latest experience here was very disappointing. I ordered 2 pizzas online and requested delivery. Paid for delivery and left a generous gratuity. I received a call from Rosati's about 15 minutes after I ordered and was told they were short-staffed and couldn't deliver, I had to pick up. While this was not convenient, it wasn't impossible. When I went to pick up, I had to ASK to have the delivery charge removed, and I also wanted the gratuity removed. An unfriendly person came to the check-out and said he would remove the $3.50 delivery charge but couldn't remove the gratuity, only give me a credit for next time. Who sells burnt wings? Honestly!? ( the cook looked at them and said to himself this looks good enough to sell. And sent them on the way) I’ve never had a problem with Rosati’s pizza. But this is a why I won’t come back for awhile. Sucks to see a good place go. I spent $20 on these. Not even going to eat them. Waist of money. I knew I should have cooked. Almost 70 for the food all together. ( won’t get that back) do better!

Absolutely disgusting. My wings were raw, my pizza wasn't fully cooked and not even what I ordered. I asked for then to make it again or give me a refund they denied both. I've been to other Rosatis and am Absolutely shocked and embarrassed they allowed whoever owns this franchise to be associated with them. I am forced to dispute charges for unedible food with my bank. I'm more livid because my kids ate part of the pizza before I realized it wasn't fully cooked.

Rosati's quality at Greenfiel and Brown has gone down hill since it reopened. One time our pizza crust was burned. A couple days ago, the cheese on the pizza was over done. The antipasto salad was mostly old lettuce with brown edges and white lettuce leaves. The only meat on the antipasto salad was 6 thinly small pieces of sliced ham. Otherwise no other meat. Salad pics attached. Inflation is causing high prices but $41.00 for not great quality food is way overpriced! However the cannolis were very delicious!

This used to be my favorite eatery but now I know that all Rosatis do not have the same standards, service, nor management. 1. I ordered 2 JARS of marinara and received warm sauce in plastic containers ( I wasn't planning on making spaghetti) 2 the pizza was cold with a soggy crust 3. The mozzarella sticks were burnt (at least the dogs loved them) 4. There was no mesh underneath the pizza to keep it from getting soggy and allow air to flow underneath it 4. After being reassured by the manager that I would be reimbursed for the mozzarella sticks and sauce, I was willing to return as a patron but it's Wednesday and I have yet to receive a reimbursement from Saturday P.S. save your energy and m💰ney!!
