The new Rosemarie’s already feels like it belongs here. I grew up in Encinitas and my parents still live nearby, so I’ve spent a lot of time in this area, and this spot honestly fits the neighborhood vibe perfectly. The outdoor space is relaxed and open, the kind of place where you can settle in and enjoy the sun and atmosphere without thinking twice. The food is everything you expect from Rosemarie’s, consistently great and full of flavor. It’s super family friendly and works just as well for a quick bite as it does for hanging out with friends. It hits that ideal mix of laid-back and well done, and it’s a really solid addition to the community

I ordered the a kids burger slider and fries, a Nashville hot silver and the soft shell crab slider. I loved the Nashville hot, the fries are delicious, and my child loved the burger. I think the soft shell crab was okay, not very flavorful or crispy enough for my taste. But overall very good. Just a little pricey for a routine visit. But, I'll come back and try again some other time.

ate at rosemaries for dinner tonight and they specialize in sliders. i had the classic and nashville hot sliders and i do enjoy you have the ability to mix and mash. the classic had a sweeter taste with a nice brioche bun and the patties were good but they the whole burger was quite sweet and needed salt. wouldn't recommend the nashville hot because the sauce is just hot sauce and the batter is strange. An okay place to come for burgers with friends but is kinda pricey.

This place should have a line out the door - come get some of the best food to come to Encinitas in a long time! With so many fun choices (you pick 2 sliders from a dozen menu options) this is going to be your new favorite place! I tried the Roundup and the Gnar sliders, and I'm excited to come back for their other crazy creations. The menu is very creative yet approachable with options sure to please everyone in the fam. We got the onion rings which were really good, two of the Nashville hot chicken sliders, one round up, and one classic. The Nashville sliders were more breading than chicken, the round up was okay apart from the bbq sauce. The bbq sauce was so bad it ruined the burger it was watery and sweet in a bad way. I don’t know what they added to the brand they claim they use but remove it. The classic was fine. Definitely won’t be coming back and so overpriced. We paid $64 for 4 sliders and order of onion rings and 2 cokes. Also out waitress was really rude and forgot our cokes and when we asked was super rude about it.
