Customer Reviews
This place is only a two-minute drive from our hotel, and we stopped here after a ski trip — it was amazing. There was a live singer performing songs and the voice was so good it almost didn’t feel real. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. There’s a bar, and we sat in the dining area. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The waitress was super sweet and recommended a few dishes for us — every single one was beautiful and tasty. I had a Hurricane drink and it was amazing. Since we were hungry the whole day from skiing, we literally finished everything we ordered Definitely a great spot to visit again.
Five stars all the way. This place is family owned and operated for more than 40 years, and you can feel the pride the moment you walk in. The walls are covered with relics from the old Great Danbury Fair, and the 100-year-old bar gives the whole place a warm, lived-in charm that feels real, not staged. We tried the SouthWest Eggrolls with the guacamole ranch dipping sauce and they were seriously good. The Mushroom Panini was packed with portobello mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, red pepper pesto, tomatoes, and greens on rustic crust bread. Add Rosy’s fries and you’re set. The Pastrami on a Pretzel Roll was another winner with sautéed onions, Swiss, and whole grain mustard. Also came with Rosy’s fries, which we happily demolished. Rebeca, our server, was awesome. Friendly, quick, and on top
This is a terrific place to eat if you're looking to avoid the usual (and boring) run-of-mill places that dot the nation's landscape!! A unique three level design with an outdoor seating area and filled with local memorabilia. The food was good, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere was anything but typical. Located on the edge if Danbury, it's an easy on/off to I-84, and we'll worth the stop!!
We were traveling back home to NH from Georgia and stopped overnight in Danbury and drove past Rosy Tomorrows. Decided to stop in for dinner. What an awesome experience! Waitress was very helpful and food was great. Hope to stop by again someday.
Rosy Tomorrow’s came highly recommended by a few friends and colleagues who’ve lived in the area for years, so it felt like one of those local spots you’re supposed to know about. After going, it’s easy to understand why it’s been around so long. The menu sticks to classic American comfort food — steaks, burgers, seafood, hearty entrées — and it does it in a way that feels consistent and satisfying. Nothing overly trendy or experimental, just well-prepared, generous portions with familiar flavors that hit the mark. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and you can tell it’s a place locals are comfortable in. Service was friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt easy and straightforward. If you’re new to the area and looking to try a spot that longtime residents seem to tr
