Food * Angry Pig Pizza - when served, the pizza was still scalding hot. I ate a piece at the restaurant and took the rest as carry-out. The drive home gave the pizza time to cool. Each piece was loaded with sausage and fresh jalapenos. The taste was exactly what I wanted. Service I did not notice a welcoming greeting, upon entering the restaurant. My waitress seemed new and naive to the offerings. I didn't receive any follow-up service, until I raised my hand to get her attention. East Parker County is such a great place to live. Another new restaurant, the Grand Opening today; it’s a Louisiana - LSU favorite, Rotolo’s Craft & Crust. The menu features more than just pizza, but for first time visit, of course I had to try the pizza cooked at 600° and their Italian Stone Deck Oven. I got the Vin Monster, and I can vouch that it was fantastic. Two large slices for lunch, the other four large slices I’m going to freeze for two additional meals.  Additionally, have their own App for reward points. I’m all about getting free things! Such great options for eating out, and so close to home!
