Royal Pizza House

My advice to people is don't order from this place. On Tuesday I ordered a pizza online to be delivered, and it never came. And I am 100% sure I put in the right address and phone number. I know they didn't come because I had my phone next to me for at least 2 hours and no call. I tried to get this resolved over the phone but to no satisfaction. They don't speak or understand English very well. And this is not the first time I have run into an issue. On several occasions before, I was hung up on or kept on hold for so long I hung up myself. So as a last resort I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I received no pizza yet got billed on my card. Now I am out 35.00. That is not fair. I am done with Royal Pizza for good.

this pizza is good but does not have a lot of sauce next day there is no sauce at all ask for extra sauce when you order other than that it’s good pizza, more sauce would give it 5 stars

I ordered Deal #1 (Large Pizza, Wings, and Soda) for delivery. Good amount of food and value. The pizza and wings both had good flavor and texture.

good pizza, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE tried their pizza once, we enjoyed it so we decided to order again. I didn’t have enough $$ on my card this time so I was gonna tip cash. got a call from them & they very rudely said they were not going to deliver my pizza because I did not put tip and I’m way too far (8 minutes) & that I need to pickup. shocked that they spoke so rudely I said “I can’t pickup but that’s fine, just cancel the order.” guy on the phone said “no . you do it” then said I need to pickup. I repeated that I cannot & to please just refund me the money. guy kept declining and arguing about a tip. my boyfriend got on the phone & the guy started arguing with him too! they refused to deliver & refused to refund. my boyfriend later went to the store & they started claiming they can’t re

It was quite, they took my order fast and the service was amazing Pizza 10/10
