The shrimp and chicken tacos were simple, fresh, and packed with flavor. I also tried a torta which was delicious and very satisfying. Great spot in downtown Baltimore if you’re looking for authentic tacos and quick, tasty Mexican food.

Bartender was very nice but slow and needs more training. He doesn’t know how to multi task nor how to make cocktails properly. I watched him take over 10 minutes to ask the only other two people sitting at the bar what they wanted. I too waited what felt like too long for my own drink. Another customer told me it was happy hour, I waited for about 10 minutes for him to give me a happy hour menu (happy hour was ending in about 15 minutes.) When I told him I wanted to close out, he disappeared for 10 minutes before coming back to ask if I wanted my check. He also put the same ice he used to shake the drinks into the glass, as opposed to draining the cocktail on to fresh ice. I was taking a walk this morning and found this spot and I’m so glad I did. The delightful young woman at the counter was so kind! I was greeted with a smile and we laughed at the fact we use Duolingo. Her for English and me for Spanish. I ordered a ham and cheese omelette. Let me tell you!!!!! I told them it was the best one I’ve ever eaten since my late mother made one for me.

Food was amazing, and ambience was very low key and friendly… if you want authentic and amazing food in a casual spot this is place… if you want a formal sit down dinner vibe : move on! the staff was friendly and super accommodating and the chef(maybe owner(?)) came to touch base with our table at the end of the evening. Next time we are in Baltimore we will definitely be back! Five out of five stars!

They have the best Mole ever. The mangoneada is awesome too. If you are from México and feeling homesick, this is your place, if you want to try the best Mexican food you should come.
