Ruan Thai Cuisine

I am usually a steak and potatoes guy, but this has become one of my favorite places. Mainly because of family members who appreciate good Thai food and keep bringing me here. I have finally settled on the chicken fried Thai rice, medium, and have to admit it is really, really good. Lunch is less expensive and comes with a very good spring roll. Give it a shot - you will be glad you did!

This place is fantastic! My son and I are on vacation and we only planned to go out for dinner one night. We'll after our first time here we both agreed we absolutely had to come back for a second time the next night. I got the massaman which was heavenly! The presentation was very esthetically pleasing, and the flavor was on point. They also brought out or thai teas with the straw wrappers wrapped to look like a rose on the tip of the straw - so cute!!! My son got the tofu soup and spring rolls and devoured them, so I'm gonna take his word that they were great. The staff were extremely warm, friendly and kind. We will have to make this place a part of our trip everything we come to Hilton Head!

Just had the best dinner and experience while on vacation with my family. I had the crispy duck with red curry and it was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. We also had the most friendly, fun and personable service from Junior.

I have never had a Coconut Shrimp like this ever! The spring rolls were crispy and full of Thai flavor. Having just arrived after a 7 hour drive on top of 12 hours the day before from Westport Canada Rauns was a decadent, tasty and Devine meal of appetizers. Tan our server shared several personal experiences with her daughter and the owner. I would strongly recommend you stop in and relax and enjoy an awesome meal and share as a family.

Went for lunch with my husband and the food was amazing! Portion size for a lunch special was also great. We were the only ones dining in (it was lunchtime on a weekday) but it was organized and clean inside. Waitress was also very nice and attentive. Will definitely be back!
